As stated in our mission statement, employee safety is paramount to APAC-Mississippi. To that end, our See, Stop, Do initiative encourages employees to actively participate in reporting any action or condition that may be a potential danger. Use this form to report any recognized hazard, near hit, close call or other incident which under slightly different timing and/or conditions, could have resulted in a minor or serious injury, loss due to property damage and/or detrimental effect to the environment.
