Exciting Leadership Changes for APAC Mississippi/Tennessee
APAC is pleased to announce important leadership transitions within the Midsouth Region, effective January 1, 2025, that will position the company for continued growth and success.
Nate Killingsworth will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Midsouth Region. Nate has been with CRH for 18 years, including 13 years with sister company Harrison Construction before joining APAC MS/TN in 2019. Since then, he has become an integral part of the team, playing a key role in driving growth and enhancing operations across the Mississippi and Tennessee markets. His dedication, exceptional leadership, and ability to navigate high-growth environments have set the stage for this next step in his career. As COO, Nate will oversee regional operations and continue to strengthen APAC’s position in the marketplace.
At the same time, Jason Latiolais will step into the role of President, APAC Mississippi/Tennessee. Jason has been with Barriere Construction for over 16 years and has played a vital role in the successful integration of Barriere into the Midsouth Region family following the acquisition in 2021. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and positioning the company for future success. Jason’s deep experience in managing large-scale projects, combined with his commitment to operational excellence, makes him the perfect fit to lead APAC MS/TN as it continues to grow. Jason and his family will be relocating to Jackson, Mississippi, to take on this new and exciting leadership opportunity.
These changes are a testament to the incredible talent within the organization and APAC’s continued focus on developing its leaders. With Nate stepping into the role of COO and Jason taking the reins as President, the Midsouth Region is in excellent hands.
